The Bliss Quotient (BQ) will help you better understand your emotions, feelings, and behaviors and will provide you actionable cues that are affecting your happiness. And with mybliss goals and challenges, choose from a list of happiness factors and challenge your friends to do them with you.

The app integrates with Apple Health and other sources to showcase all your Activities, Challenges, and Insights in your personalized dashboard. This integration enables mybliss to curate your Bliss Quotient (BQ) and, to correlate your BQ to your steps, sleep, exercise, emotions, and other scientifically proven factors which most influence your happiness positively.
